El Tio Pepe

We found this place on our way back to the OC office. It was somewhere outside of Apple Valley. The air outside was chilly but when we got in there we were warmed by the great hospitality and awesome food. I must say that this was probably the best Mexican buffet I've had and it included at least 25 choices. Unfortunately I lost the menu so I don't even recall the name or location.

Finally found a biz card of the restaurant. Contrary to much of the reviews I've read about this place I thought the food and selection were great.

California Grill

One of four restaurants accessible from the main lobby, the California Grill offers a full American breakfast including sausage, bacon, eggs, potato hash, french toast, fruits, yogurts, muffins, etc. Nothing like a big breakfast to get the day rolling.
